2. Services Provided
Home Caring LLC offers professional home cleaning services. The scope of services will be as described during booking, which may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, or other cleaning services based on the package selected.
3. Service Pricing
Pricing for cleaning services is as outlined on our website or provided by our customer service team. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you before the service is performed. Additional charges may apply for special requests, deep cleaning services, or extra tasks outside the initial agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for cleaning services is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment through credit card, debit card, etc. Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in additional charges or the suspension of future services.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info@thehomecaring.com.
6. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring that the area to be cleaned is accessible. If any area is inaccessible or requires special handling, please inform us before the cleaning appointment. Failure to provide proper access or instructions may result in incomplete services, and additional charges may apply.
7. Service Limitations
Home Caring LLC is not responsible for damage to fragile items, pre-existing stains, or areas that were not clearly identified for cleaning. We do not provide cleaning for hazardous materials, heavy-duty construction debris, or certain high-risk areas. Our cleaners will assess the situation and may refuse services based on safety concerns.
8. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all valuable or fragile items are securely stored before our cleaners arrive. Home Caring LLC is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in areas that are cleaned.
9. Liability
While we take care to provide high-quality and professional cleaning services, Home Caring LLC is not liable for any damage to property that occurs during the cleaning process, except in cases of gross negligence by our staff. Any issues or claims must be reported within 48 hours after the service is completed.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
We value your privacy and will not share your personal or payment information with third parties, except as necessary to complete the service (e.g., payment processors). Our privacy policy outlines how we handle your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Home Caring LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will apply to all future services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of KY. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
